BCT – Bank of Charles Town appoints Frank Donadio as branch manager of Harpers Ferry Office

CITY OF CHARLES, VM, October 14, 2021 / PRNewswire / – (OTC: PTBS) – BCT-Bank of City of Charles, also known as Community Bank, recently announced Frank donadio as the new branch manager of his Harpers Ferry, West Virginia office at 1366 West Washington Street. The Harper Ferry office is a full-service facility, including in-car window services. Mr. Donadio will manage the branch staff as well as customer experience and acquisition initiatives.
Mr. Donadio brings over 13 years of financial services experience as well as many years of extensive leadership in customer service and elected civic service. Prior to joining BCT, he most recently held the position of Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at PNC, being recognized as a champion of customer service for the region. Other positions within financial services include Deputy Branch Manager and Acting Director of One Main Financial (Citibank) and positions of increasing responsibility at Bank of America and Fannie Mae. Mr. Donadio was also elected municipal councilor of Bolivar, West Virginia, as well as serving on the board of directors of Bolivar /Harpers Ferry Civil Service District. In addition, Mr. Donadio served as Regional Sales Manager for Verizon Communications for Washington County and Howard County, Maryland.

Mr. Donadio worked with Habitat for Humanity in Washington DC, and also participated in the first Help the Homeless walkathon. More recently he represented Bolivar /Harper Ferry on the Potomac Watershed Advisory Group. Mr. Donadio is a deacon for the Presbyterian Church in Charles Town.
Mr. Donadio obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science from Nasson College in Springvalle, Maine.
Born in BostonMr. Donadio lived most of his formative years in Syracuse, New York. He currently lives in Jefferson County, West Virginia, with his wife, Kathy. They have two adult daughters.
